MULTICULTURAL US-UK SUMMER PROSPECT PARK BOATHOUSE WEDDING - G+n
Georgina + Nick thought their 13 month stint in Rwanda would be life changing, but not that they would meet their future spouse on day one! Fast forward 7 years, they decided to get married at the Prospect Park Boat House in Brooklyn surrounded by their closest family and friends. With Nick hailing from the UK and in keeping with British tradition, the couple did not see each other before the ceremony which added an extra level of anticipation to the day. The Boat house was the perfect backdrop for this intimate summer wedding with the ceremony taking place on the dock beautifully adorned with vines and floral touches by Mimosa Floral. Georgina looked stunning in her Carol Hannah Dress. Post ceremony guests enjoyed cocktails on the Terrace before being treated to a live edition of 'The Only One' by the Black Keys performed by a close friend for their first dance on the dock. Guests were then invited inside for Summer seasonal meal from Purslane and a delicious Funfetti Cake by Nine Cakes. A lively dance party ensued followed by a packed School Bus to the Afterparty at the 1 Hotel Brooklyn until the early hours.
